Dried FruitOns
are prepared from high-quality diced dried fruits consisting of Angelino plums, golden and natural raisins, peaches, pears, apricots and apples. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure conformance to good manufacturing practices, yielding a clean, wholesome product which meets all standards for human consumption, including compliance with provisions of the Federal regulations.

II. PHYSICAL

A.	Color: varied.
B.	Flavor: shall be sweet to tart and free from off flavors.
C.	Defects: reasonably free of defects as defined by the Dried Fruit Association (DFA) of California standards for dried fruits.
D.	Sizes: available in 1/2" dice size.

III. CHEMICAL

A.	Moisture: 20-26% as determined by DFA moisture meter.

VI. STORAGE/SHELF LIFE

This product is best stored in cool (40-50°F), dry (50-60% RH) conditions, and should be used within 12 months for optimal quality. Store at 32°F or less for prolonged shelf life.

VII. KOSHER STATUS

This product is certified as kosher pareve for Passover by the Orthodox Union *OU

VIII. NON-GMO STATEMENT

This product is 100% free from genetically modified organisms.

IX. MSDS STATEMENT

This product is a food ingredient manufactured in compliance with FDA and other regulations. It does not contain any hazardous substances or preparations, and as such does not require a material safety data sheet.
