I. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fancy Mixed Dried Fruit
is prepared from high-quality dried fruits consisting of sorbated whole prunes, sulfured peach halves, pear halves, apricot halves and apple rings. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure conformance to good manufacturing practices, yielding a clean, wholesome product which meets all standards for human consumption, including compliance with provisions of the Federal regulations.

Flavor: sweet to tart and free from off flavors.

Defects: reasonably free of defects as defined by the Dried Fruit Association (DFA) of California standards for dried fruits.

Sizes: Prunes are sized at 40-50 per pound. Peaches, pears and apricots are of fancy grade as defined by the Dried Fruit Association (DFA) standards. Apple rings are of choice grade as defined by the DFA standards.

VI. STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
| This product is best stored in cool (40-50°F), dry (50-60% RH) conditions, and should be used within 12 months for optimal quality. Store at 32°F or less for prolonged shelf life.

| This product is 100% free from genetically modified organisms.
